Any wireless microphone which operates in the 700 mHz "white space" frequency range will no longer be usable, based on the new ruling by the Federal Communications Commission.

As part of the roll out of digital television broadcasting, the FCC has auctioned off part of the spectrum intended primarily for broadcast television, but actually used by many wireless microphones, this spectrum has been auctioned off for new wireless applications. |
